We watched it happen over and over. A talented plumber or electrician — someone who could fix anything with their hands — would hire a marketing agency to grow their business. Six months later, they'd have a cookie-cutter WordPress site, a few hundred dollars in Google Ads spend, and zero new leads to show for it.
These generic agencies charged $3,000-$5,000 a month for the same playbook they used for dentists and law firms. They didn't understand that a plumber's busiest season is winter, that roofers need storm-damage content, or that HVAC companies live and die by maintenance agreements.
